our popular Approach
Lowest initial rate
For all of our clients, we collect & store content for future compilations with the goal of becoming their go-to media provider. Our editing workflow is extensively organized allowing past projects to serve as palettes and relevant media to be efficiently referenced.
A single shoot can capture more than what is necessary / relevant for the initially planned output. Reviewing every scene yields high quality results & progress towards future unplanned use.
Watermarked Cutdown videos can be shared for a client’s review of additional content, inquire within. These videos string together every usable clip in a single export. From here, future productions may be brainstormed & contracted.
Raw files & Projects can be available afterwards though rates reflect the additional efforts invested. Work for Hire preempts this request.
Work for Hire
Highest initial rate
Career media producers rarely include raw files without a work for hire arrangement where rates reflect relinquishment of copyrights. In the absence of a contract, copyrights bestow the author while our Client Service Agreements outline Intellectual Property. Limitations on use of an agreed-upon output rarely extend beyond commercial use / future profits derived from said work.
There are some interesting precedents, for example Kendall Jenner, LeBron James, & Jennifer Lopez were sued after posting media on social networks before securing copyrights. Unlike the candid paparazzi moments discussed therein, our shoots are planned with agreements signed beforehand though the extreme cases referenced in the link shed light on a media industry standard.
A celebrity’s image is their brand - their likeness earns endorsements and more. Still, anyone with a camera has the right to capture their likeness in certain public settings or when contracted to be on-set.
Pending situations & contracts, the author’s use of images may be limited / restricted without an agreement with the subject. In turn, the subject may have limited use without an agreement with the author.

Maintaining Exclusivity & Resale Value
Our team is often hired as camera operators / crew for comedy shows in Denver. We typically arrive to equipment provided and depart without any of the footage. Their internal post-production team collects, edits, and pitches media to Netflix, HBO, ShowTime, etc.
Day rates for these events are higher than average though considerably lower than if we were to collect percentages or royalties on the production’s gross. Work For Hire is the best value option for this client.
media Release Agreements
Rates vary, inquire within.
Our stock contract includes a media release agreement outlining our use “…with or with-out client’s name and for any lawful purpose, including… advertising, and web content as examples for portfolio.” Regardless of agreements we keep our clients interests in mind - we want you to look good so we look good!
We are incentivized to go above & beyond with each production so that we may attract the clients with our best content & up-to-date portfolio.
This is our preferred release agreement though unique scenarios invite modified agreements. Project budgets may vary to accommodate revisions.

Celebrity Image
We were hired to produce a recap for Lil Wayne & Von Miller’s event at Mission Ballroom. AEG had us sign a Release Agreement ensuring their review & approval prior to use. Von Miller’s likeness reflects back on the NFL & measures were taken to avoid scrutiny of scenes taken out-of-context.
Customer confidence
We were hired by a 9 figure investment company for a 4 day conference. The finale was hosted at a nightclub night where hard-working employees earned a chance to celebrate. Top level executives are customer-focused during work hours though party scenes compromise investor confidence.
Remember when Elon Musk smoked on Joe Rogan’s podcast?
Their release agreement was modified to restrict public use prior to client review & approval.
Work For Hire wasn’t budgeted and their use of media is currently limited to marketing & web content. Profits derived from our content would warrant additional contracts & negotiation - an agreed-upon percentage would compensate our efforts.
Sensitive, Personal Content
We’ve worked with a few non-profits benefiting those who need to keep private matters private.
Tennyson Center for Children houses & educates at-risk youth, shielding many from past abusers while awaiting court dates. The identity & location of many students are kept private for safety reasons. This unique production avoided revealing faces as well.
Another non-profit hosts group therapy sessions for those battling addictions. This safe space allows members to share trauma without affecting their personal lives or working relationships.
Their release agreements were modified & footage was edited with respect & consideration.
